Busy Busy.

Busym Busy, Busy...my head is spinning. So many appointments..wellat last it is all too real...
We have been

• Suit hiring
• decor shopping
• chasing up people involved in helping out
• photographers
• celebrantm signing and signing
• dress shopping, both bride and bridesmaids

Wow in one week ive been busy...and im sure it wont stop until the big day. Im excited!!!!!

Reception.

The party end of the day.Time to relax...This is where the city comes into it..Im wanting a night club feel to it...Silver bling, lights music...good food good friends...went and chose the center pieces the mirrors tghe bling  getting excited..here are some photos that inspire me!

Engagement...wow over a year ago Brad asked me too marry him. Now here we are on the final countdown!!! We decided that i should take some photos of us for our engagement, so here are a couple of the best shots. This was after i set it up, i wold then set the camera timer, run over to Brad, plonk myself down, fix my hair and smile, before the camera flash went off!!! By the end i was so tatally over it , hot and sweaty. Cant wait till the wedding when somewhen else can take my photos...

Decisions Decisions!!!!

Flowers...Where to start...The type of flower is sorted, Orange gerberas, orange and white roses, white lillies and assorted greenery. I will e making the bouquets, so we have decided on hand tied...not to hard..but i was thinking ad like a sweeping long type bouquet...with long ivy as well...hmmmmm...thank goodness i dont have to worry about the reception flowers as we now have gone all bling..but im wondering if i could just use a couple of square vases filled with flowers...i do sooo love flowers at a wedding....as for the men..too many decisions......

Cocktails

After the ceremony, this is the time when you can grab a drink and some nibblies whilst  photos are being taken. Then at about 5pm guests can make their way over to the pub for a 5.30 cocktail time where guests will be served finger foods whilst you order yourself a drink or try one of our cocktails..

Time to mingle, catch up with friends  and enjoy the views.

 

OK so whats been happening?

Since Brad proposed ive had a year and a half to get things organised..but now where down to 90 days, where has the time gone? Just recently I went with my maid of honour to organise the reception décor. I had originally wanted flowers and had visions of tall vases with gorgeous flowers cascading down. But when we went to a wedding warehouse I nearly fell over, there were the bling candleabras and overlays and cancle vases I had seen moths ago but had thought them too expensive for our budget.. But no....they look expensive but they fit my budget and now im  soooo excited!!!! So  reception décor chosen..yay!

The Ceremony

The ceremony,  this is where we see the country in our wedding, we want to keep it simple, a civil ceremony, and really focus on the beautiful landscape around us, a friends property. A hand painted sign will direct guests from the front gate onto the property. We will have chairs for family and hay bale benches for guests to sit on, rose petals lining the aisle, and a canopy at the alter. Guests are asked to arrive at 3.00pm. A string quartet will play music until the wedding party arrive.

Oh The Inspiration

I love idea boards, just love them! It’s a great way for me to see how all the elements we have chosen for our wedding will come together. As you can see the colors we have chosen are grey/silver, orange, with hints of green and white. Please enjoy the inspiration!

three months and counting...

Well on October 5th 2013 i will marry the most wonderful man.

So here you can follow our path to marriage, all the ups, the joys,
